The Mill Coffee & Bistro is offering lunch specials on Mondays in April at NIC! Chef Erica is cooking up special lunch options from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch Specials - $14 April 7: Hot Turkey Sandwich Hand-sliced turkey breast served open face on Rotella’s toasted bread with house-made mashed potatoes and turkey gravy. April 14: Meatball Sub Sandwich House-made meatballs on Rotella’s toasted French bread topped with marinara and melted mozzarella and provolone blend. Served with pasta salad. April 21: Chicken Philly Sandwich Marinated chicken thighs, sauteed onions, red and green peppers, and provolone on toasted Rotella’s French bread. Served with kettle chips. April 28: Chicken Caesar Sub Sandwich Marinated chicken thighs topped with chopped romaine lettuce, house-made Caesar dressing, and shredded asiago cheese. Served with a hearty chicken and wild rice soup.
