April 14: Meatball Sub Sandwich
House-made meatballs on Rotella’s toasted French bread topped with marinara and melted mozzarella and provolone blend. Served with pasta salad.
April 21: Chicken Philly Sandwich
Marinated chicken thighs, sauteed onions, red and green peppers, and provolone on toasted Rotella’s French bread. Served with kettle chips.
April 28: Chicken Caesar Sub Sandwich
Marinated chicken thighs topped with chopped romaine lettuce, house-made Caesar dressing, and shredded asiago cheese. Served with a hearty chicken and wild rice soup.
