Listen to America: A HuffPost Road Trip to stop in Lincoln, forum at NIC

HuffPost Listen to America Bus Tour Graphic

HuffPost is hitting the road on a 25-city tour to hear concerns from across the nation.

They want to know: What does it mean to be American today? To find out, they're hitting the road this fall to interview people about their hopes, dreams, fears and definition of "being American." By converting a tour bus into a mobile video studio, they’ll capture conversations with people of all ages and backgrounds. Their goal: moving, multimedia storytelling that showcases what we share as Americans, rather than what divides us.

And, they'll be stopping in Lincoln, NE on October 11. You'll find the HuffPost bus at Tower Square from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Stop by, tell them what's on your mind, and grab some swag. RSVP>>

The evening forum will take place at the Nebraska Innovation Campus Conference Center. Doors open at 6 p.m., planel at 6:30 p.m. The forum, titled The Future of Food: Innovation in Agriculture and Food Science, will feature Dr. Michael Boehm as the moderator and panel guests Andrew Unden (Quantified Ag), Jill Gifford (National Food Entrepreneur Assistance Program Manager), Tom Field (Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program), Gary Fehr (Green School Farms), Suji Park (Food Dreams Made Real), and Andy Benson (Nebraska Food for Health Center).
