Lincoln ag tech company raises $3.2 million
A Lincoln-based agriculture technology startup has raised more than $3 million from investors.
Epicrop Technologies, a tenant at Nebraska Innovation Campus, announced Tuesday that it raised $3.2 million as part of a Series A round from several investors. TechAccel, a Kansas City-based technology and venture development company, said Tuesday it was one of the investors. Others include Lincoln companies Nelnet and Speedway Properties; North Forty Ventures, a venture capital firm headed by Nebraska native and former Microsoft executive Jeff Raikes; and Allen & Company.
