Food trucks at NIC on Wednesdays in August

Food trucks will be at Nebraska Innovation Campus on Wednesdays in August from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. NIC Partners and the community are welcome to purchase lunch from the weekly food trucks. Food trucks will be parked in front of the Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management academic space at The Scarlet Hotel.

August 12: Pork’s Done
August 19: The Corndog Company
August 26: Valentino’s

On August 26, the Valentino's food truck be parked on N. 21st Street in front of the NIC Plaza.
