Charter Day is a celebration of the university's past and a renewal of the university's commitment to the people of Nebraska to continue serving, inspiring and strengthening the state.
As Katherine Ankerson begins her tenure as interim chancellor, Charter Day feels especially meaningful to her this year. That is why she would like to invite you to a special Charter Day Celebration on Friday, February 13, to inspire a shared sense of purpose and optimism for UNL's future.
A livestream of the Charter Day program also will be available. This event is free and open to the public.
