Annually, the Food Science & Technology Department hosts a competition where teams of 2-4 create a dish under specifications to be judged by a panel of industry professionals. Winners receive prizes, product donations, and bragging rights! This year’s theme is flavors of the world. Join us to participate, spectate, and have fun.
