Nebraska Innovation Campus is a campus comprised of uniquely designed buildings and amenities that encourage people to create and transform ideas into global innovation. To date, completed Nebraska Innovation Campus facilities include office space, a makerspace, a conference center, a local coffee shop, a teaching and research hotel, lab space, pilot plant space and greenhouse space. The development of NIC will create a dense urban environment with multi-story buildings.
