Madeleine Albright, a former U.S. secretary of state, will deliver the keynote address during the Food Factory of the Future Workshop at UNL's Nebraska Innovation Campus.
Albright's address, which is free and open to faculty, staff and students, is 9:15 a.m. May 18 in the NIC auditorium. The talk, "Feeding a Global Population," will address ways to make high-quality food accessible and affordable worldwide. Albright will also discuss the need to feed and nourish a growing population in a sustainable way. A short question and answer session will follow the talk.
