NIC Holiday Hours

The NIC administrative office and Nebraska Innovation Studio will be closed from December 23 through January 1, 2025. Regular business hours will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025. The Mill Coffee & Bistro will be close early at 3:00 p.m. on December 24 and December 31. It will be closed on December 25 and January 1, 2025. The Nebraska Nova office will be close early at 11:30 a.m. on December 24 and December 31. It will be closed on December 25, December 26 and January 1, 2025.

Virtual New Year’s Eve Wine Tasting

We know this weekend officially kicks off the holiday season, so what better time to make your plans for NYE? Join us and The Mill Coffee & Tea for an at-home virtual New Year’s Eve Tasting! Stay home, stay warm and have fun with us! Everything you need will come to you. We will start with a sparkling cocktail, then 3 winter reds, and a special toast to 2024 at the end. Each will be accompanied by a delicious small plate specially paired by Chef Mary Pedersen. $60/person. Must be 21+.
