This course brings any student – regardless of skill level – up to speed with Vectis Automation’s Collaborative Robot Welding Cell, covering essential topics including planning efficient welding tasks, designing effective fixtures, managing labor, and ensuring high-quality welds. The course also explores the benefits and limitations of robotic versus traditional welding and culminates in a practical project where participants apply their skills to complete real-world welding tasks with zero human intervention – demonstrating the true power of automating one of the region’s most in-demand skillsets.
