NIC Partner Mixology Class

We’re shaking things up! NIC Partners are invited to join us on April 17 for a NIC Partner Mixology Class to learn how to make signature cocktails, meet other campus partners and have fun. Experience the art of cocktail making like never before with a skilled mixologist in an engaging, hands-on environment. The Barred Owl’s team of experts will guide partners through the theory and techniques of making cocktails and then turn it over to the class to show off their skills. Registration is required. This special event is exclusive for employees that work at Nebraska Innovation Campus.

Lincoln Earth Day Pre-Event Bike Ride

Join BikeLNK and Lincoln Earth Day for a pre-event bike ride. Meet us at the corner of 19th Street and Transformation Drive at 8:50 a.m. and leave at 9:00 a.m. Come help us celebrate Earth Day by joining us on a FREE group ride before the festivities at Innovation Campus on April 20th (this is a great chance to feel the sheer POWER of a pedal-assist E-bike course through you if you've never tried one before). Lincoln Earth Day Clothing Swap

The Nebraska Recycling Council is partnering with Lincoln Earth Day and Goodwill to host another clothing swap! Last year was such a success we added more clothing menders and invited clothing vendors to participate in the event. Know before you go: - Saturday, April 20th from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Nebraska Innovation Campus - Bring quality items from your closet you’d like to swap with others - Bring clothing in need of minor repairs (holes, missing button, rips, etc.) - Shop secondhand items from the vendors

Better Process Control School for Acidified Foods

This one-and-a-half-day school provides the practical application of the principles set forth by these regulations. These FDA regulations also apply to low-acid canned companion animal foods. This school DOES NOT satisfy retort processing requirements. Individuals requiring this certification should attend the Better Process Control School. This school is specifically designed for individuals with little or no food science or food safety background.
