Two candidates interview for food sanitation director

Two candidates will be interviewing for the position of founding director of the Alliance for Advanced Food Sanitation.

The selected individual will lead the initiation and development of university-industry research projects and outreach programs to the food industry to promote better and more efficient approaches to food sanitation based upon sound scientific and engineering principles.

Each candidate will be sharing about a roadmap for sanitation in the food industry during a seminar open to the public in the Food Innovation Center, Room 277 on Nebraska Innovation Campus.

J. David Legan will be on campus May 2-3. His seminar is at 1:30 p.m. May 2. Angela Anandappa will be on campus May 5-6. Her seminar is at 1 p.m. May 5.
