UNL'S Approach For Developing Nebraska Innovation Campus (NIC)
In Phase One, the university will develop a comprehensive master plan and business development strategy consistent with its objectives for NIC.
The work products of Phase One will position the university to issue a Phase Two RFP in late 2009 or early 2010 seeking a developer to carry out the plans and strategy adopted through Phase One.
